Kim joined UPS as a Financial Reporting Clerk in Diegem, Belgium in 2003. She rotated through other Finance functions within the UPS Europe Region Headquarters in Brussels. In 2010, she was appointed to Manager for UPS France. This was followed by a second international assignment as Finance Manager in Neuss, Germany, in the summer of 2013. In 2014, Kim was promoted to Germany District Controller. Three years later, Kim was promoted to Region Controller with responsibility for UPS International Small Package Finance and Accounting in the Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, United States. In her assignment, Kim supported the international regions across three business units and established the foundation of the International Financial Planning and Analysis team for Small Package.
In her previous assignment as the Finance and Accounting Vice President, Kim led the execution of the European Financial Planning and Analysis strategy.
She holds a Master degree in Business Economics with a major of Finance from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
