Robert Kyncl is the Chief Business Officer at YouTube where he oversees global content, data and distribution partnerships and operations of the platform’s multiple products: YouTube, YouTube TV, YouTube Music and YouTube Premium. This includes management of the YouTube Partner Program, which is the largest partner ecosystem of creators, artists and media companies making YouTube the single largest content licensee in the world. Previously, Robert was Vice President of Content at Netflix, initially managing negotiations with movie studios and inventory management of DVDs, and since 2005 lead acquisition of content for streaming movies and TV shows, now live across various formats.
Robert sits on the board of Bolttech, a Singapore based insurance company.
Robert holds a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in International Relations from SUNY New Paltz. Robert and his wife Luz Kyncl formed the Kyncl Family Foundation
